Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as BSA do not refund any item bought online unless it is faulty. BSA is happy to exchange your items within 14 days of the date you received your order, with proof of purchase, providing the items are in their original condition.

Pack the item/s you are returning appropriately using the original packaging
Items must arrive to us in new condition
You will be required to pay the return postage
Sale/clearance and short dated items cannot be returned
If the item/s is faulty, BSA will meet their obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

Items damaged in transit
If your items arrive damaged, please keep all the contents including the packaging or parcel that the items arrived in and contact BSA within 24 hours of receiving your order.
